How do I update the Windows game?
It updates itself when you open it. You can also download the latest installer from the Battleship Duos page.
Windows warns me about the installer
New games from small studios often trigger SmartScreen. Choose "More info" then "Run anyway". We are working on code signing.
Google sign-in does not work on Android
Make sure you installed the APK from this site and that Google Play services is up to date. If it still fails, email us with your phone model and Android version.
I think someone cheated in a ranked match
Matches are decided on our server and suspicious games are voided automatically. Email us the approximate time and opponent name and we will look into it.
Delete my account and data
Email us from the address on your Google account and we will remove your profile and match history within 30 days. See the privacy policy.
